Art bridges 50 years of history and many generations
Prospect’s GenA service was proud to host an employer collaboration with Chateau Lacombe in Edmonton on September 27th to commemorate the storied hotel’s 50th anniversary.
Over 300 guests attended, representing employers, partner companies, and hotel staff.
Prospect’s GenA crew had three stations manned by staff and participants from the Essential Skills program working with guests to create a beautiful 50th Anniversary artwork.
Art is one of many innovative means that Prospect uses to break barriers between unemployed/underemployed people and prospective employers. GenA is funded in partnership with the Government of Alberta to help Alberta’s youth 18-30 find and keep good jobs.
