June 26 from 9:00 am - 10:30 am
Virtual event using Zoom

All of us are experiencing the challenges and the changes that come along with COVID-19. Now more than ever, we’re being forced to learn new ways to cope and adapt to what is going on in our world. This is a great opportunity to build resiliency and learn new skills that will set us up to cope with future challenges. There are many things that are outside of our control – what we can control is the way that we respond to what is happening around us.
The objectives of the workshop are:
To understand learning as an ongoing life process
To identify what is in the way of changing and creating new skills
Focusing on personal strengths that are necessary when we are in uncertain times
Learn to negotiate and navigate in uncertain times.
