Understanding how your brain and your body behave when exposed to strong experiences gives you the ability to heal and manage the effects of trauma.

This module includes powerful strategies in learning about potential, changing the energy of dysfunctional memories, changing habits, changing personal beliefs that affect disposition to personal journeys. It helps you let go of thoughts such as: “I am weak”, “I am broken”, “I can never be normal again”, “I am not motivated” and “I have no control”.

These strategies have proven their effectiveness for over 30 years with thousands of participants from all walks of life and with an array of emotional and psychological issues.

These strategies are the pillars and the foundation to change/ maintain the path chosen, not the path that was set by others, by traumatic events or by the beliefs inserted by others with messages over a lifetime.

  • How to change the response to trauma
  • Strategies that are effective in dealing with trauma
