Persons with Disabilities Program - Edmonton

Provided at no cost to Edmontonians, this program empowers persons with disabilities to help them find rewarding careers. The program utilizes assistive technologies and offers guided support with a host of employment services that include:

  • Employability Assessments
  • Career Counseling
  • Help finding a job
  • Education and Skill Training Placement
  • DRES Funding
  • Access to ASL for Job Search and Job Interviews

Program participants also benefit from Prospect’s employment information resources, access to our weekly Virtual Job Club and a series of employment preparation workshops on topics such as:

  • Employability Skills
  • Job Search Strategies
  • Resume & Cover Letter Development
  • LinkedIn & Social Media
  • Disclosure & Accommodations
  • Interview Skills
