For Employers

Employers, we’ve got you covered

Educating employers is a key part of what Prospect does. We help employers discover new pools of skilled workers in demographics they may not have considered. By raising awareness, providing training, and engaging organizations through consulting services, we help employers create their optimal workforces.

Many of our employer partners, including Bank of Montreal, ATCO, Home Depot and others have won recognition for their efforts in diversifying their workplaces.

Prospect’s Employer services save organizations time and money.

Prospect offers workforce solutions to Alberta employers to help attract, recruit and retain top talent. Prospect staff get to know your company and provide services based on your unique requirements.

With offices in Calgary, Edmonton, Airdrie, Cochrane, and Strathmore, Prospect can get you local information, resources, or access to skilled job seekers in your area.

Here are a few of the employment services that Prospect offers to organizations, at no cost.

Public Safety Personnel Work Exposure Program

Designed to address the unique and sometimes challenging aspects of transitioning from military and public safety personnel roles to new careers beyond the frontline, employers have access to former military and public safety personnel’s invaluable characteristics of loyalty, trust and commitment along with the training, skills and experiences they bring with them from front-line service.

Entrepreneurs with Disabilities

Prospect's program for Entrepreneurs with Disabilities is available in Edmonton at no cost

The WORX

The WORX provides employment search services to Calgarians with all types of disabilities. In addition to information resources and assistive technologies, The WORX also offers a variety of employment services including career counselling, education and skill training placement and help finding a job.

Prospect Employment Services

Prospect Employment Services (PES) helps Calgarians discover where the jobs are, which employers are hiring, and how you can improve your opportunities. PES offers workshops and online events to help you with your job search.
